Description:
Queues - The maximum number of downloaded messages from a queue is 32. If you have many messages, maybe it is important to know at least how many you have.
I have altered the label in the right side of the footer to also display the approximate number of messages.

Description:
Especially for test purpose on my development storage, I would like to see all messages in the queue not only first 32.
To do that, I added a new option tab "queues" to set max number of messages are loaded for a queue. StorageAccountViewModel.LoadMessages uses that value instead of fixed 32.
So I can set the value to 2,147,483,647 and have complete control of the queue.
